Harford Co. Schools closed, others delayed Wednesday in wake of storms, flooding

BALTIMORE — Harford County Schools are closed and several school districts will be delayed on Wednesday in the wake of strong storms pushing through Maryland.

Harford County Public Schools said in a statement the decision was a result of flooding and consequent road closures preventing bus access to students and buildings throughout the county.

Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County schools will start two hours late.

There will be no half-day or morning-only classes.
